1. Introduction

WeBeees, Inc. ("WeBeees," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, operates the WeBeees mobile application (the "App") and the website webeees.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

* Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), username, and profile information.

* Audio Content: Audio messages you record and broadcast through the App ("Broadcasts"), and any replies you post.

Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

* Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's precise geolocation to define your broadcast radius and to show you broadcasts and businesses near you. You can disable location access in your device settings, but core features of the App will not function without it.

* Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.Usage Data: Features you use, actions you take, broadcasts you listen to, timestamps, and interaction patterns.

* Log Data: Error reports, crash logs, and performance data.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

Speech-to-Text Processing: Audio broadcasts are processed using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text to generate text transcriptions. Audio is transmitted to Google Cloud for processing in accordance with Google's data processing terms.

Analytics Providers: We may use third-party analytics tools to understand App usage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

* Provide, operate, and maintain the Services

* Broadcast your audio messages to users within your selected radius

* Generate AI-powered transcriptions of broadcasts

* Display nearby broadcasts, users, and registered businesses

* Operate the gifting feature (currently in demo mode)

* Authenticate your account and prevent fraud

* Respond to your requests and provide customer support

* Analyze and improve the Services

* Send service-related notifications and updates

* Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your audio content for advertising purposes.

4. Public Nature of Broadcasts

Important: Broadcasts are public by design. When you post an audio message, it is distributed to users within the selected radius, along with your username and profile information. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your broadcasts. You can delete your broadcasts at any time; deleted broadcasts are removed from active distribution, though copies may persist in backups for a limited period.

5. Gifting Feature (Demo Mode)

The gifting feature is currently in demonstration mode. No real payments are processed, and no real gifts are purchased or redeemed. If and when live payments are enabled, payment information will be processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. We will never store your full payment card details on our servers.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in these circumstances:

* With Other Users: Your broadcasts, username, profile, and approximate location context are visible to users within your broadcast radius.

* Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Services (cloud hosting, speech-to-text processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.

* Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

* Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of WeBeees, our users, or others.

* With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Audio broadcasts and their transcriptions are retained until you delete them or close your account. Backup copies are deleted within 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Section 11).

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

10. Your Rights

10.1 EEA/UK/Swiss Users (GDPR)

You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.Legal bases for processing: performance of contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services), consent (location data, optional features), and legal obligations.

10.2 California Users (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to: know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Account Deletion & Deactivation Period

You can delete your account within the App (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing privacy@webeees.com. When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day deactivation period during which your profile, broadcasts, and associated data are no longer visible or accessible to other users, but are retained in a deactivated state so that:

(a) you can restore your account at any time within 30 days by simply logging back in, and

(b) we can comply with valid legal obligations or requests from law enforcement or judicial authorities. After the 30-day period expires without reactivation, your data is permanently deleted, subject to the backup retention described in Section 7 (backups purge within 90 days) and any data we are legally required to retain (e.g., pursuant to a valid court order or legal hold).

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 outside the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at webeees26@gmail.com.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Cloud). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App, email, or a notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
